No matter your purchase, our goal is to provide you with the best service possible. Vortex optics and apparel covered by the VIP Warranty are repaired or replaced without charge. If the required repair work is not covered under warranty, we will contact you before starting any repairs.

OPTICS REPAIRS - USA 
Step 1: Visit our Troubleshooting page for
answers to common questions about our products.
Step 2: Fill out the following Service Request Form.
Step 3: Package your item for shipment. Packaging tips:
- 1. Place optic in a sturdy corrugated box
- 2. Place Service Request form on-top of product
- 3. Fill open areas of the box with fill material like newspaper or bubble wrap
- 4. Tape up package and apply label
Packing and shipping tips:
- Avoid
duct taping
or shrink-wrapping
the optic
- Please don’t use shredded paper or packing peanut fill
- Ensure there is no broken glass in the box
Step 4: Ship your product to the following address:

- Attn: VIP Warranty
- One Vortex Drive
- Barneveld, WI 53507
Step 5: Vortex will evaluate your product and repair or replace it at no charge. (Turnaround time will vary, but we do our best to return your optics quickly. Theft or loss of a product is not covered.)

Apparel Returns
Step 1: Fill out the following Apparel Return Form.
Step 2: Package your item for shipment.
- Place apparel in sturdy bag or box
- Place returns form on top of product
- Fill open areas with fill material, like newspaper or bubble wrap
- Tape the package shut and apply shipping label
Step 3: Ship your product to the following address:

- Attn. VIP Warranty
- One Vortex Drive
- Barneveld, WI 53507
Step 4: We will process your return as requested. (Processing times may vary, but typically are within 3 business days of receipt to Vortex)
